So a while back ungava sent me some gin and I’ve been experimenting with drinks to find my favourite. Any gin dubbed ‘spirit of Canadian North’ is the gin for me, and it’s super flavourful so it’s a double win.
This drink is THE BEST drink for brunch. It’s a small twist on a Greyhound, tart with a bit of sweet, and super fresh.
- 2 oz. gin
- 1 oz. simple syrup
- 1/2 cup freshly squeezed grapefruit juice (about one grapefruit)
- 1/2 cup sparkling lemon water
Serve chilled or with ice.
