Day 11: Breakfast Bagel Bar

Sometimes the best breakfasts are ones you don’t actually have to do any cooking for.

The bagel bar is the perfect holiday breakfast for large crowds, or exhausted hosts.  Just grab a bunch of different (delicious) bagels and put our a spread of toppings.

I like to offer up smoked salmon, fresh tomatoes, avocado, and cheeses along with dishes filled with different cream cheeses, butter and jams.

Guests can toast and dress their bagels however they want, whenever they are ready. And you? You can sneak away for some quiet coffee and Baileys.
