Balsamic Chicken + Mushrooms and Green Beans

You know when you want to eat something really good but you don’t want to feel like a chubby asshat afterwards? Solution? This meal.

This is a pretty simple, healthy recipe and it tasted so good!

INGREDIENTS:

  • boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 1 large red onion
  • 2 cups chopped mushrooms
  • 3 cloves chopped garlic
  • 2 cups green beans
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
