The Day After: 3 Step Hangover Cure

Did you go waaaaay to overboard last night?

You NEED these three things to get your life back on track.

Step 1: Gatorade (obviously) get those electrolytes yo! Step 2: Advil…the Liqui-gels work fastest.  Duh. Step 3: Food. Did you know grease has electrolytes too? Spring for a breakfast sandwich…forgive yourself later.

And if you’re a lucky SOB and don’t need to get to school or work…get back in bed. Sleep for the rest of us.
