Breakfast bowls are the perfect way to start your day! Even if you’re like me and eat breakfast desk side most of the time they are yummy, bright and full of flavour to start your day off right.
I’m on a mission to create one with less carbs and sugar so stay tuned but for now, here’s what you’ll need to recreate this one:
- Small hand full or blueberries and strawberries (sliced)
- 1 serving raw almonds (about 10)
- 1/2 a banana chopped
- 2 tbsp 0% greek yogurt (this one is cherry but choose your fave!)
- Sprinkle of granola (optional…I just like the added crunch to the yogurt)
