– Ground turkey
– Clubhouse Cajun Seasoning
– Chili Flakes
- Add the desired amount of seasoning to the meat (I use a lot)
- Form the meat into patties, firmly pressing together (remember that turkey doesn’t have as much fat as beef so your burgers won’t shrink up nearly as much.)
- Put on a hot grill for about 8 minutes each side or until cooked through
This recipe should make 4 good sized turkey burgers, and you’ll notice there’s nothing in there but TURKEY. No filler, and they won’t fall apart all over the place.
I like to eat mine bun-less with chopped avocado, a bit of salsa and a side salad for a pretty great dinner.
