Dinner tonight is baked chicken breast, roasted cauliflower and some avocado. To be honest the chicken was prettyyyy bland but it was already cooked so just needed heating up.*
Roasted cauliflower was easy to do and the little sprinkle of mozzarella added a little saltiness.
*if you know you’re going to be working late make a batch of chicken and slice it up for easy meals that will keep you on track and feeling bad ass even after a long day. (Nothing says bad ass like baked chicken breast. NOTHING.)
