Eating: breakfast (on a work day)

 

I’ve never been a fan of protein bars (much preferring chocolate bars actually).  But in starting up on the Atkin’s program I invested in some bars to make for quick breakfast.  Usually between my love of sleep and long commute in to work I just grab a coffee but these little guys are actually really good, and has 15g of protein.

Pictured is the Chocolate Chip Granola Bar which I grabbed from Walmart.
